Congratulations
on being selected as a member of the Delta Dragons. Your team of
teachers has been working very hard to plan activities to better enhance
your academic experience. We are very excited for this school year and
the talents that you bring to us.
My Philosophy of Education
I
believe students should be taught not only the content material, but
also to be thoughtful and informed young adults. From the very first
day, they will realize that they can be successful in learning if they
put forth the effort, be open to new experiences and subject material,
and realize that their learning will be supported by their peers, the
school's administration, and their instructor. By analyzing various
topics through lab activities, discussion, reports, debates, and
projects, the children will begin to understand that science is not an
isolated field of study, but rather it encompasses social studies,
mathematics, language arts, history, etc.
