Quiz / Test Correction Expectations

Corrections are not always offered but when they are you must do all of the following to earn any extra credit …

1. All incorrect questions must be rewritten on another piece of lined paper and then answered completely.  (This includes all types questions.)
   
2. All answers must now be fully correct.  (Use your notes, labs, look the answers up as needed!)
   
3. The quiz or test copy must be signed by a parent near the grade.
   
4. Corrections must be returned stapled in front of the quiz / test.
