My Mission Statement
“The merit system principles provide a framework for responsible behavior and are key to mission success.”  - excerpted from 5 U.S.C. 2302

I believe in the merit system.  In the real world, people have to perform a job/task or accomplish something to deserve a reward (money).  My job, as your teacher, is to help prepare you be successful when you enter the workforce someday.   Your character will have a lot to do with how far you go or where you end up in life.  Every day in my class, your character will be tested in some way.  This will allow you to further develop your character.  Accomplishing things based on the strength of your character and merit leads to growth, success and happiness.

HW lateness PolicyI will NOT accept HW’s late!  However, if you are absent, YOU SHOULD go to the bin with the days of the week labels on it, in the back of the classroom.  Next, open the bin that has the label of whatever day of the week you were absent.  Then, take the assignment with your name on it & place it inside your folder or binder.  You have until the end of the week to make it up.  If you are absent later in the week, like on a Thursday or Friday, you have until the end of the following week to make it up.   YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL MISSED WORK!
