When practicing, remember these technique elements:

  1. Eyes belong on the screen, or whatever you are typing from
  2. Back should be straight, sitting all the way back intechnique your chair
  3. Feet flat on the floor, one foot slightly ahead of the other
  4. Fingers should be curved, resting on the homerow keys
  5. Wrists should not be leaning on the keyboard or table
