Interscholastic Sports
Some
teams might require try-outs and cuts due to a limited number of
spots.
All Interscholastic Activities require a student to submit an updated sports physical that has taken place with in the last 365 days. A sports physical packet can be downloaded from the athletic page, DMS main page and the nurses page. The physical must be 100% complete and approved by the school doctor. Physicals will be sent to the school physician every Tuesday morning. They will return one week later for review by the school nurse. Coaches/advisors will be notified on Wednesday of the following week of submission that the document has been approved.
